When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. During peak sale periods, please allow up to 5 business days for your beautiful pieces to be shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and hosiery cannot be returned.
How do I care for my Jamie Kay cotton and linen garments?
To maintain the quality of our natural fibers, we recommend a cold gentle machine wash in a laundry bag and drying flat in the shade. Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations, but please contact our support team as soon as possible.
